ART THROUGH LIGHT- an exhibition of paintings with awards and certificates.Date Of receipts of entries and schedule: 31st December’ 2012..Date of Award function and exhibition will be announced further..
1.The details for the artists regarding the exhibition are given below :-
There will be 3sections in which the entries will be taken
1)Senior Most (above 51years)
2)Senior ( 31years of age upto 50years)
3)Budding (18 years of age upto 30years)
Awards: There will be 3 cash awards in each section

Entry Fee: Rs. 1,000/- for 4paintings, for each artist
Sizes of the Entries: The artists are required to give 4works of the sizesnot more than 4ftx4ft
2.The rules and regulations of the exhibition are given below:-
Eligibility: The exhibition is open to all Artist in India, artist of Indian origin staying in abroad, all Foreign artists staying in India since 1.1.2010, who have completed the age of 18years as on 1.1.2012.
Entry Fee: There will be an entry fee of Rs. 1000/- (One thousand only) per artist for 4paintings. The entry fee should be paid to ARTSAROMA till the given date, as no exhibit will be placed before Judging panel unless entry fee is received.
Form and Submission of Works: The enclosed form should be submitted, along with the hard copies of the images of the 4works, plus a complete C.V. of the Artist and the entry fee as per the dates mentioned to, (Images, C.V, Cheque or D.D. should be only sent by post)

Selection and Judging: All the entries will be placed before the Selection and Judging panel for the selection of the painting and the award. The decision of the panel is binding on the Artist and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained by ARTSAROMA. Names of the judges would be printed in the Catalogue. However,
a.)Artists are requested not to send the painting which has already been awarded at any level.
b.)1 painting of each artist will be exhibited, whether selected for the award or not.
c.)The artists will be categories in senior most, senior,and budding section, with the reference of their C.V.’s by the Judging panel.
Insurance: Artsaroma will take the utmost care of the safety of the exhibits during custody/display/transit/return, but would not be responsible for any loss or damage during the same and no claim to this effect will be entertained. However, the Artists are advised to insure their work before submitting the work at their own cost for the value they deem fit.
Sale: All the Artists are requested to fill the LAST PRICE of their paintings in form. Artsaroma will charge 15%above the last price of the artist as its own commission. The amount of the sold work will be paid over to the artist only after the whole of the purchased money will be realized. Artist will have to provide Artsaroma an authenticity letter of the sold work that would be passing on to the buyer for the certification of the originality. For better sale artists are requested to price the works reasonably.
Catalogues: Artsaroma reserves the right to have the accepted works reproduced in Catalogue and any other publication or to supply photographs of the same to the press for the publicity purposes. Each Artist will be given2 complimentary copiesof the catalogues and 5 Invitation Cards.
Return of Works: No works which has been included in the exhibition will be allowed to be removed before the close of the exhibition. Artsaroma undertakes to return all the works immediately after the close of exhibition to the owners, at their own risk and cost. Local artists are suppose to take their works back within 15days after the close of exhibition.
Change of Address: Artists should notify the change in their address if any, immediately. In the absence of this, the works will be returned to the old address given in the form and then ARTSAROMA will not hold any responsibility of loss or damage of the works.
Packing and Dispatch: Exhibits should be well packed so that work does not get any damage. Packing should also havea card containg the full address detail of the Artist and contents of the package for verification. Exhibitors are advised to insure their works at their own cost. All the packages should be freight paid as Artsaroma will not bear any freight charges. Artsaroma will not be responsible for the not or late delivery of the packages. So as to avoid this, artists should send their works well before the last date.
General: The work submitted by the Artists should be in canvas roll only, as these will be stretched by us. The selected work will be called before the exhibition date, no work will be accepted before the judgment. Each artist is required to send a brief description of the exhibit. A passport size photograph must be attached in the form as well as in the C.V. Failure to comply with any rules laid downmay cause rejection of exhibits.
