Other Activities of the TFA team:
Many members of the team are active in various committees for master and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University in Prague, Masaryk University in Brno and Silesian University in Opava. They were frequently appointed as reviewers of PhD theses both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
All members of the Topology and Functional Analysis team continually perform reviews of hundreds of articles for practically all mathematical journals in the field.

P. Hájek took part in the project Otevřená věda II (Open Science II) in 2010 as an instructor to a high school student.
M. Fiedler and J. Rákosník took part in the yearly Doors Open Days of the Institute of Mathematics and the Science and Technology Week of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
J. Rákosník delivered several public lectures on digital mathematics libraries.
J. Rákosník participated in translation of two books popularizing mathematics: D. F. Hofstadter: Gödel, Escher, Bach: Praha: Dokořán 2012; I. Stewart: Matematika života (Mathematics of life). Praha: Academia 2014.
