Uploading a File to the Mybrary in TaskStream
(Creating an Assignment Folio, you only need to do this once, depending on your file management style…)
You can upload a file to the TaskStream Mybrary. This allows you to work at a remote computer (not the one on your desk at home), create a file and save it in TaskStream. You can then go home or somewhere else and download the file to work on. Think of it as a hard drive in the sky…

8. There is no ‘Style’ for this Folio, so click on next step.

2. Using the Yellow Triangles, (click on them and they open), navigate down to the folio you want to open.

5. If you want to make changes and save them you should probably download the file to the computer (save the file to disk) you are working on, make the changes and then re-upload the file.
Re-uploading:

2. Click on the Folio you want to send the file to.
3. Click on the Folio in the left window.
4. Click on the Edit button next to the Folio in the right screen.

After uploading, you will notice that it didn’t replace the original. You will need to delete the original on Taskstream. Pay attention to which one is the most recent.
This all sounds confusing and cryptic, but once you have done it a bit, it will become easier.
