This New Zealand tour package is an extension of the Australia Tour package on additional cost basis from 27th Nov, 2011 to 02nd December, 2011.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICS)) is organizing an International Professional Development Fellowship Programme – 2011 to Australia from 18th November 2011 to 27 November 2011. There is an additional tour package to New Zealand from Friday, the 27th November, 2011 to Sunday, the 02nd Dec, 2011 offered by M/s Thomas Cook upon receipt of several requests. The additional package will start from 27th Nov from Sydney and will end up on 02nd Dec, 2011.

Today you will make a short visit to Lake Wanaka and then follow the shore of Lake Hawea through to Makarora. Once you reach Fox Glacier it is only another 25 minutes.

"The Great Maze" is the first of the world’s modern-style great mazes. It is two storey high and has 1.5 kilometers of confusing passages. Puzzling World is full of eccentric shaped buildings and puzzling rooms. Some are world unique and the others could be world best! The 'Illusion Rooms' of 'The Puzzling World of Stuart Lands borough' have to be seen to be believed.On entering the "Illusion Rooms" you pass through the 'Hologram Hall'. This is one of the best displays of amazing Holograms in the world. Move on into the 'Hall of Following Faces'illusion room where 168 giant models of famous faces seem to turn to follow you around the room. We invented this illusion room. It is world unique.

This morning continue up the West Coast traveling through the gold rush town of Ross where the largest gold nugget found weighed 2.8 kilograms. We will make a stop at Hokitika where time is available to view the Greenstone (Jade) and Glass Blowing studios. From here, pass through Kumara Junction before arriving at Grey mouth which is where the Tranz Alpine train departs from.

The award winning Tranz Alpine train is rated as one of the top six scenic train journeys in the world. The train crosses the huge and fertile farmlands of the Canterbury Plains, winds its way over massive viaducts, through spectacular river gorges and the stunning Waimakariri River valley. The highest point is 737 meters at the alpine village at Arthur's Pass. From Arthur's Pass to or from Grey mouth the scenery is lush beech forest and tranquil Lake Brunner.

· Determination date for cancellation charges would be subject to actual date of procurement of air ticket and filing of application for visa.
Special Note:
1- No refund on air ticket once booked. Incase of cancellation the refund will be applicable only on Airport tax i.e. Rs.6, 350/- (incase of adult and child) and Rs.1320/- (incase of Infant) per person for return sector. This is included in the cancellation charges above.
2- Please note the above costs are based on a minimum of 10 or more or less than 15 adult passengers and minimum of 15 or more adult passengers, traveling as per the travel period mentioned above. In case the group size reduces less than 10 then the New Zealand tour may be close.
3- The prices are based on the airfare calculated as on date. In an event of any increase in the airport taxes, M/S Thomas Cook shall revert to ICSI for recovery from delegates. The revised charges will be payable accordingly. The same will be paid by the individual delegate/traveler.
4- Early check-in is subject to availability. In case of confirmed early check-in are required, extra charges payable to the hotel will be applicable and the same be borne by the delegate.
5- The price is inclusive and based on current taxes and levies in force. Any variance in the price would be discussed and the supporting documents will be submitted for the same.
6- Tour itinerary will be as mentioned above. Any modification in the terms of itinerary is not allowed unilaterally. Amendment in the same need to be mutually agreed.
7- If the delegate does not arrive or depart in time with the group as per the itinerary, any additional charges for the transfer will be incurred by the delegate only.
8- If groups arrive from different hubs and separate transfers are required or incase of any additional services required, then the applicable cost would be advised & charged.
9- Accommodation, meals and sightseeing/tour as per Hub wise itinerary.
10- No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized, mentioned in the Tour inclusions.
11- All arrangements made by THOMAS COOK are in the capacity of an agent only. THOMAS COOK will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature. All passengers must be covered by suitable travel/health insurance prior to departure from the country of origin.
12- In the event of any changes in the flight schedule, the itinerary will change.
13- All timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.
14- Thomas cook reserves the right to alter the itinerary with consent of the ICSI, without altering the services.
