1.Keypurposeof job
1.1.Tosuccessfullyproject manage Torbay’s Great Place Scheme project frominceptionthroughtocompletion so thatit isdelivered to theagreedspecification,ontimeandwithinbudget.
3.List keyduties and accountabilities of thepost
3.1.Toeffectivelymanage/coordinatemultipleproject strandsandtheirinterdependencies.
3.2.Tocreateandimplementdetailedactionplans for each project strands.
3.3.Toevaluate risks associatedwiththe project.
3.4.Tomanage and constantlyreviewprojectincome (including in-kind) and expenditure,reportinganyvariances totheCulture Board,Working Partyand/or externalstakeholders/funders asapplicable.
3.5.Toactivelyparticipatein other aspectsoftheTDA’sregenerationwork.
3.6.Whererequired/requested,manageproject strandsin accordancewithPrince2 or other suitable projectmethodology/guidelines.
3.7.Tomanageandcoordinateconsultants,contractorsandothersuppliers oninternalandexternal project strands.
3.8.Toprepareproject strandsfor externalprocurement and act on behalf of TDA.
3.9.Toprovideclear timelyaccurateinformation,advice and reportstolinemanagement, externalstakeholders/partnersandthe Culture Board.
