Describe how the project will benefit the agency’s clientele, the agency, and the state?

Describe results, such as, personnel savings, new or improved service, reallocation of resources, operational or technology efficiencies, etc.? Describe negative impact of not implementing the project (ex. Mandates not met, required services not provided)

6.  Objectives:

Clearly identify objectives the project will accomplish (ex. Track corrective actions for quality review, standardize personal planning process, and automate individual billing).

7.  Key Project Deliverables:

Identify the key deliverables for each objective (ex. Web-based tracking system, automated individual planning system, individual budget/billing system).

8.  Scope:

Describe the scope of the project and what it entails.

Also describe what is not in the scope, i.e., cannot/should not be addressed at this time.

9.  High-level Project Workplan:

Describe the project workplan including major steps to accomplish objective, deliverables or milestones, and Estimated completion dates.
