HOME GAME INFORMATION
2016-17
REGENT PREPARATORY SCHOOL vs. WELCH: FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH, 2016, IN TULSA.
GAME TIME:7:30 P.M.
HOME REGENT GAME LOCATION: Central Park Union Stadium, 10103 East 62nd Street, Tulsa, Ok. (This stadium is not at the Regent campus. Our on campus stadium will not be completed until next year)
STADIUM OPEN – 6:00 p.m.
TEAM WARM UPS: 6:00 – 7:20
DRESSING FACILITIES: Teams will have to come dressed, dress on the bus, or dress in the public rest rooms before fans arrive. There are no locker rooms available at this stadium for dressing or team meetings. Rest rooms are for public use at half time and players may also use the public rest rooms individually at half time.
VISITOR SEATING: There are no visitor bleachers on the visitor side of the field and there is limited seating on the home side. Visitors wanting to sit on the visitor side should bring their own lawn chairs. Visitors sitting on the home side, are asked to sit on the East end of the bleachers.
HALF TIME: Half time is for 15 minutes, unless there a few more minutes is required for Sr. Night activities at half time. Teams will go to opposite end zones or to their own bus at half time.
OFFICIALS: Officials are assigned.
SECURITY: Police security is provided at the game..
VISITING SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS:Visiting administrators are asked to introduce themselves to the home Regent administrators when arriving. The gate personnel can help you find the Regent supervising administrator.
TRAINER: There will be a certified trainer on the Regent sideline.
CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be open 30 minutes before the game.
WEATHER POLICY: NFHS and OSSAA inclement weather policies will be followed for all outdoor events.
ADMISSION PRICES: Students and adults will be charged $5 for admission to the football game. If leaving the stadium gated area, there is not reentry into the game without a new admission payment, while the gate is being kept.
PASSES: Regent will honor and allow free admission with Arkansas Activities Association Cards, OCA Cards, OSSAA passes, Cheer Coaches and Cheerleaders in uniform. Faculty passes from other schools are not accepted. Administrators from other schools will be admitted free.
NO TOBACCO: Tobacco and alcohol product usage is not permitted at home football games in the stadium or on surrounding stadium grounds, parking lots and street properties and right of ways.
PARKING: There are nearby parking lots for fans and buses. Despite game security, there has been a past report of thefts in the area before. Please lock your vehicles and remove or take all valuables from you vehicle with you at the game.
ROSTERS: Please provide a copy of a team roster before the game to the press box announcer. Email the Roster to
FILM/VIDEO: There is not a spot available in the press box or on top the press box for visiting coaches or cameras. Coaches and camera personnel may have to work from the stands or a nearby area outside the press box. The press box has only room for game management personnel.
OKLAHOMA 8 MAN RULES: Coaches should confirm with the officials about the rules to be followed if there are excessive point spreads in a game and the inclement weather policy to be used, if inclement weather is forecast or if inclement weather develops.
PRE-GAME SCHEDULE:
6:00 – Stadium open.
6:00 Field open for player and team warm-ups
7:20– Teams leave the field to their own sideline or end zone.
7:20- Team captains meet the officials at their own sideline
7:22 – National Anthem and Prayer
7:25 – Teams Enter the field
7:30- Kick Off.
