1.  How to verify my account?

a.  You must check your email, the one which you had provided, for a message from NMIS and click the link provided

2.  What should be the size and quality of the photo in my profile?

a.  You need to upload a clear, formal, recent photo with white background and size not more than 50KB.

3.  What if I mistakenly enter details in my profile such as data of birth, passport number or if I want to update my contact information and the system does not allow me to change any details. What can I do?

4.  How to apply for New License (RN, Assistant Nurse, RM, and Assistant Midwife)?

a.  After completing your profile, other services will be available. Click the New Registration then click New Application.

5.  I finish the payment of my application; however I did not receive email from Dataflow?

a.  Dataflow confirmation email is usually sent after 48 to 72 hours of successful payment of the application fee. If, you have not received any email from dataflow within 72 hours, you must communicate with Dataflow team through their online Contact Us form.

6.  I received my Dataflow report but my online status still shows Under Dataflow Process.

a.  You need to contact Dataflow team to upload your Dataflow report in your online application and to approve your application in order for the credentialing officer to proceed with the registration process.

7.  What is next after Approval of Dataflow?

a.  Upon Approval of Dataflow, your application will then be assessed by the Credentialing officer. The officer will check all the documents uploaded and check if the dataflow report is complete.

8.  I applied as Registered Nurse but I was approved as Assistant Nurse.

a.  The final registration title is properly selected based on the Professional Qualification Requirement (PQR). Those whom did not meet the criteria for the selected title will be changed accordingly by the Credentialing officer.

9.  My application was Approved by CE, what should I do next?

a.  After the Approval of CE, applicant can book an exam through their online page in the NMIS.

10.  I have a gap of 2 years in my experience, how can I clear that gap?

a.  Check the PQR on page 17 to know more on the gap of practice.

11.  I am currently working under private Sector so do I need to renew my registration?

a.  All applicants working under private sector do not need to renew their registration as long as their license is valid and renewed. Only if you are applying for upgrade title as per PQR then you need to apply for renewal.

12.  I want to renew my registration but unfortunately I don’t have experience inside UAE.

a.  Applicants whom are having recent 2 years of experience from home country can apply for the renewal of registration with Exam.

13.  I paid my exam fee but I did not receive any confirmation email regarding my exam date.

14.  How can I get the registration Certificate after payment of certificate fees?

a.  After successful payment of certificate fee, click Print Certificate option in the menu bar of your online account in NMIS then click Print Certificate.

15.  I forget my username and password for my account. How to retrieve?

a.  Contact to inform that you have forgotten the username and password. Moreover, applicant needs to provide their full name or registration number, if applicable.

16.  I want to change my username as old email is no longer accessible.

a.  Contact to inform that you want to change the username of old account to the new email. Moreover, applicant needs to provide their full name, registration number or Application Number, if applicable.

19. If I am working assistant nurse (B) post in MOHAP, which type of registration I can get?

a. Assistant nurse B post, with Diploma level only can get the Assistant nurse registration. Assistant nurse B post with bachelor degree can’t get the registration.
