Job Title:Accounting / Finance Support Administrator

Reports To:VP
General Job Description:
- Ensure timely, accurate and relevant internal and external financial reporting occurs for FREG, and all other entities as assigned.
Job Functions:
The following duties are typical for this classification. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
- Assist in the preparation of financial packages for all companies; manage monthly accounting activity for all companies
- Coordinate monthly close schedule and work with other departments and Project management
- Duties will include preparation of monthly account reconciliations; Job cost tracking and adjustments; Expense analysis; Prep & file various Tax items; Track long-term debt; Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all companies;
- Cash flow projections and reconciliations
- Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to maintain good relationships with vendors and customers as directed
- Provide information to upper management & external entities as directed
- Administer company policy, programs or procedures as directed
- Perform additional duties as directed by the President and Vice President

- Exposure to topics of real estate investment, finance and risk assessment
- Understanding the interplay of various disciplines involved in contemporary real estate ownership and tax planning
- Improve techniques in valuing income-producing properties
- Analyze financial instruments such as mortgages and loans
- Understand roles of debt and equity
- Gain insights into the process of design, construction and public policy
- Operate within the fields of finance, capital markets and credit facilities
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required to Perform Essential Functions:
Technical Knowledge:
- 2 year min associates degree with accounting
- experience and knowledge of all aspects of corporate accounting
- 2 years full cycle accounting experience
- This person shall have the ability to: communicate with all levels of employee base either in written or oral form; take direction and respond with the correct information on a consistent basis; and prepare or process financials and technical information as needed.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires a person to sit or stand for long periods of time; handle and manipulate objects on a repetitive basis.
Environmental Adaptability:
Work inside an office environment with occasion to be outside.
Computer Skills:
Fluent in Microsoft Office Software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
