•  Anyone who’s been in direct sales— we all know it’s about relationship building.

•  When meeting with potential recruits, share your why and your Posh story. Why did you join? Give yourself a moment to shine. Be YOU. It’s so much easier to give people a reason to join if they see it happening to a real person that they know and love. Make sure they see you and fall in love with you and your WHY.

•  Invite potential recruits to a pampering party. Have it be a very casual setting— no pressure. You want them to have fun and experience the fun side of posh. We all love one another and have a ton of fun and have great products. This party should be casual with no expectations— just going to have fun, but giving them the opportunity to ask more questions.

•  Posh-ortunity (opportunity) calls.Includes Consultants from team to share their WHY. You want potentials to see that you are a Posh family and see the different Posh stories from them. Discuss when they started and how much they put into it.

•  Maybe these team members want to be more of a social posher, maybe they wanna be a bigger business owner. just give them the opportunity to find theirWHY.

•  Owning a business can be very confusing and hard to understand— give them little bits of information. Don’t start with “becoming a platinum premier”.

•  Tell them how to fit posh in your life and how itwilllwork for them.

•  Posh-ortunity packs— recruiting packs. Pink. Rhiannon likes to include the posh paper, business card with all her info, flyer on Posh (can be found in Portal or on Box under Resources), print out and include monthly starter kit and recruiting exclusive product. MARKED AND LABELED. label everything—your contacts may pass it on to others and you want to be sure your info is on everything in case they want to contact you.

•  48 hour packs— graphic and shared it to allow potential recruits. See team dynamics and see how you’re all a family. Invite them to team page—add people who are testing it out as well. Welcome them to the team— mention that they are there visiting us and testing it out. Get them comfortable enough to ask questions and find out if it’s right for them.

•  Don’t limit yourselves. Include posh in your daily life— simply have a sample packet with little ziplock bags that you would share Posh. Don’t be pushy, but do share Posh. Share your story, but don’t focus solely on SELLING. They want to know why you’ve fallen in love with Posh. If they love you and how you are with your business, they’ll want to know Posh.

•  Be yourself, let yourself shine. Put your story in the About Me section on your profile for your website.

•  People follow people!
