Anne Chaffee is a Kindergartner at St. Clare School and a parishioner at St. Nicholas Church in O'Fallon. Anne was diagnosed with Pre-B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) in August, 2013 and has been receiving treatment at St. Louis Children's Hospital. She endured over two years of chemotherapy, 24 spinal punctures with chemotherapy, four combined months of hospital stays, and through it all she maintained her smile, hope, and faith. This December, after 28 months of treatment, she will be done with chemotherapy. Throughout her treatment the organization "Friends of Kids with Cancer" brought her great joy with parties, toys, art projects, and holiday events. Anne would like the funds raised at the Holiday Hilltop Run to go to them so that they can continue to brighten the lives of children in the St. Louis area fighting cancer.
