Instructor notes: please pass out 4 days or 2 appointment sheets to each student for the following activity

Using the appointment sheets provided, establish a matrix with correct days, times for office hours and office closure hours.

Monday8:00-5:00 with a lunch break of 12:00-1:30

Tuesday8:30-2:30 with a lunch break of 12:00-12:30

Wednesday12:30-6:00 staff work only from 4:00-6:00 no patients

Thursday10:00-5:00 with a lunch break of 11:30-1:30

Now that the office hours and available time intervals are established, use the following list of (1 to 50)

patients to fill in the appointment schedule over the 4 day period. Take considerations of the complaint or procedure, time needed for the appointment, patients requested best time and use the single booking method. Keep the office flow in mind and watch out for large gaps in the schedule as that means the doctor is just sitting there waiting for the next patient to come in.
