SOCIAL FUNCTIONS

DISTINGUISHED GUESTS: Most Worthy Grand Matron, Most Worthy Grand Patron, Illinois’ Elected General Grand Chapter Officer and Grand Officers of Illinois are guests at all Grand Chapter sponsored functions. General Grand Chapter Committee Members are guests at the Tuesday evening “You Light Up My Life” Banquet. Although you may be a guest, a reservation is required for each social function you plan to attend. Be sure to send your name, title and include a reservation remittance for anyone traveling with you.

Social functions are open to all members and guests unless otherwise noted. Reservations for all social functions must be made by September 22, 2017.

GENERAL INFORMATION

DELEGATES AND VISITORS to the Grand Chapter Session must present 2017 dues receipt and must register. All credentials must be issued by the Secretary of the Chapter under SEAL and proxies must be signed by the Worthy Matron or Worthy Patron giving the proxy. The registration fee is $10.00 and must be completed before ballots are obtained. Ballots are not transferable and lost ballots will not be replaced. Each voting delegate must pick up his or her own ballots. All visitors must pay the registration fee.

Grand Chapter Hospitality Room

Will be open to all members and visitors in the Lincoln Suite, 16th Floor of the Wyndham Springfield City Centre. This room is sponsored by the Grand Chapter of Illinois, the Past Grands’ Association and the Illinois Grand Representatives Association. The schedule of times will be posted in the hotel lobby.
