TENDER No. 03/2017 REFURBISHMENT OF COLDSTREAM BULK WATER RECTICULATION
The Koukamma Local Municipality invites tenders for the refurbishment of Coldstream bulk water reticulation
Tenderers must be registered with CIDB, and have an estimated CIDB contractor grading designation of 3 ME, or higher.
Only tenderers who achieve the minimum score of 60 out of 100 for functionality will be eligible to have their tenders evaluated according to points awarded for price and B-BBEE Status Level of Contribution. The 90/10 Preference Point System will be applied to this tender

Documents may be collected during working hours after 10:00 on Monday23 January 2017. A non-refundable tender deposit of R350.00 [Three Hundred and Fifty Rand] is required and payable in cash or bank guaranteed cheque made out in favour of the Koukamma Local Municipality prior to collection of the tender documents. Proof of payment must be provided.

A compulsory clarification meeting will be held at the Coldstream Community Hall on Wednesday25January 2017 at 12:30. Tenderers who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed to attend the meeting.

Tenders must be submitted in the TENDER BOX situated at the Koukamma Local Municipality offices in Kareedouw, between 8:00 and 16:00 weekdays. Tenders will be publicly opened simultaneously at the latter addresses at the time indicated. A tender must remain valid for a period of 8 weeks from the closing date for the submission of tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and the Municipality reserves the right to accept a tender as a whole or in part. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, posted and late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
