Water Quality of Other States Biography Presentation
Objective: Write an essay about a state of significance.
Decide what state’s biography you will do research on. Your state should describe how /why there water quality of that state is different from North Carolina’s and has contributed something of importance to science.

Create a 12 pg. essay presentation about the state you have chosen to research.
Pg. 1: Introduction Slide

· When was this state recognized?
· Any other beneficial information about your chosen state’s water quality.
Pg. 3: Brief Biography of your State
· At least 6 to 7 Points/Interesting facts about the state.
Pg. 4: How does this state purify their water?
· Give examples and reasoning.
Pg. 5: How does the climate change affect water quality in this state?
· Give examples?
Pg. 6: Compare/Contrast Water Quality of state:
· Ponds vs. Rivers?
Pg. 7: Compare/Contrast Water Quality of state:
· Oceans vs. Lakes?
Pg. 8: Name the life located in ponds/ rivers and give examples of microorganisms?
Pg. 9: Name the life located in lakes/ oceans and give examples of microorganisms?
Pg. 10: What plant life is located in the water systems?
Pg. 11: Discuss the Turbidity of the water?
Pg. 12: Other information deemed important?
You must have pictures/charts ON EACH PAGE!

Final Product: Write an essay with all the final data and make sure it is completed. Print out information put it in a folder or clear slides that are provided from me.
