BARGAINING
The C.U.P.E. 411 negotiating team and the Chilliwack School District have reached impasse in the bargaining process.
At the provincial level the sides have not met for quite some time. There are no further dates scheduled.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The next ProD day is April 26. Please go to PD Place to see what workshops are available for that day.
Could you also mention the TLC conference at SSS on April 26 and that the info should be at all sites. The CTA has sent out a brochure and in particular that is when the EA Essentials is being offered.
COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED
C.U.P.E. 411 is looking for members that are willing to be part of the following committees:
Retirement Committee – a new committee that we are starting with the intent to organize a yearly event to recognize retiring members.
