3rd OPEN TOURNAMENT Koper –
SPORT IN THE SHOWDOWN for 2012
(3.TURNIR KOPER-ŠPORT OPEN)
The tournament will be held in
Saturday and Sunday, 17th and 18 November 2012

Confirmation of entrants and opening will be at 9.00 am, the competition will start at 9.30 pm. Organizer and performer of competition is MDSS Koper. The contest will end on Sunday after lunch! Expected around 16 pm!

Showdown Tournament will be carried out in accordance with the rules concerning competitions DSSS, the General Rules for the competition in the NPC, the international rules for the showdown and under the terms of this call.

The tournament may occur all of which are timely and properly reported. Proper application contains a completed entry form and paid entry fee before the start of the tournament. The tournament is also open to competitors from abroad to those who will respond to the invitation (completed entry form and entry fee paid).

At Showdown Tournament is open to men's and women's competition. Entry fee is 55 EUR. The entry fee covers the cost of living (in a home break DSSS Izola), food and entry fee per tournament. In the case of a large number of applications, the tournament can began one day earlier (3-day tournament), which means an additional payment of 30 EUR per competitor or. companion.

The competition is individual. Compete will be after-robin system, if there will be less than 8 contestants. If there will be more contestants (9 and above), we will organize groups. Winners and runners-up in groups are placed in the final battles all the way to finding the winner (for loss or robin), taking account of the results achieved in the first part of the competition. On the same system to play in the women's competition.

The matches are played in two sets obtained.

Incomplete and late applications will not be considered an organizer.

Competitors will be ranked in the top three places will receive medals and prizes.

The fee will only partially cover the administration costs, accommodation, food (lunch, dinner, breakfast and lunch), judges and staff, and the remaining work.
