MAGNETIC BIKE
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all instructions before using this machine.
CAUTION: Exercise of a strenuous nature, as is customarily done on this equipment, should not be undertaken without first consulting a physician. No specific health claims are made of implied as they rate to the equipment.
- Know your heart rate and/or pulse, and your physician recommended target heart rate training zone.
- Proper medical clearance is recommended for anyone beginning and exercise program especially if you are 35 years of age or suffer from heart respiratory problems.
- Warm up before any exercise programs with 8 minutes of aerobic activity.
- Wear comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement and that are not right or restricting.
- Wear comfortable shoes made of good support with nonslip soles.
- Breathe naturally, never holding your breath during and exercise.
- Perform exercise consistently with proper technique and pass through a full range of motion.
- Avoid over training. You should be able to carry on a conversation while exercising.
- After an exercise session, cool down with slow stretching, cycling or walking.
- This machine should not be used by or near children.
- Handicapped or disabled people must have medical approval before using this machine and should be under close supervision when using any exercise equipment.
- Use this machine only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Only one person at a time should use this machine.
- Do not put hands, feet, or any foreign objects on or near this machine when in use by others.
- Always use this machine on a level surface.
- Never operate the machine if the machine is not functioning properly.
- Start exercise slowly and gradually increase the amount of resistance.
- If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms, stop exercise at once and consult a physician immediately.
- Use caution no to pinch fingers or hands in moving parts when using the unit.
General Maintenance:
- Tighten hardware once every six months.
IMPORTANT
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCITONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ASSEMBLING
Step 1. Push FRONT MOLDED FEET (1) onto ends of SUPPORT LEG (2).
Step 2. Insert SUPPORT LEG(2) into BIKE ASSEMBLY (5) to desired postion.
Step3. Thread LOCKING KNOB (9) into BIKE ASSEMBLY (5) and lock against SUPPORT LEG(2).
Step 4. Push REAR MOLDED FOOT (6) over end of BIKE ASSEMBLY (5).
Step 5. Thread PEDALS (3 LEFT & RIGHT) into PEDAL CRANK.
Step 6. Plug wire from MONITOR (7) into CONNECTOR WRE (8) and slide MONITOR completely onto TAB.

MONITOR USAGE INSTRUCITNS
FUNCTIONS
SCAN:Press ”Mode” key to select” scan” mode with a “ scan” sign on the upper left corner of the monitor. This function will automatically scan through all the functions displayed on the bottom line of the monitor.
TIME:Automatically accumulated workout time when starting exercise.
SPEED:Displays current speed during workout time.
DISTANCE:Automatically accumulates workout distance when starting exercise.
FUNCTIOSN BUTTON
MODE: To select functions of time, speed,and distance. Hold mode button for 2 reset
NOTE:
If there is a possibility to see an improper display on the monitor, please replace the batteries to have a good result.
Please use tow 1.5v “AA” batteries for power supply.
The monitor will automatically shut off if no input signal is received for a 4 to 5 minutes periods.
The monitor will be automatically start when you start exercising push button.
