THE CASTLE HOTEL

For Mains, a choice of –

1. Castle Fish & Chips, Beer Battered Dory fillets, served with chips and garden salad. (Fish only Battered, no grilled option)

2. Roasted mix vegetables Pennein acreamy sauceand topped with parmesan (mushroom, eggplant, zucchini, pumpkin, spinach). (Suitable for Vegetarians, GFpasta available)

3. Organic free range Chicken Parmigiana served with chips and salad

For Dessert, a choice of –

1. Sticky date cake with butterscotch sauce

2. Creamy apple and toasted coconut slice

A glass of red or white wine or soft drink is served with lunch. Tea and Coffee facilities are available.

This venue is unfortunately limited in the number of bookings they can accept, so book early to save disappointment.

IL GAMBERO

For Mains, a choice of –

1. Lightly Dusted Calamari, served with a Spinach Salad

2. Chicken Parmigiana, served with Chips & Salad

3. Penne Dimattina, avocado, chicken pesto, napoli & cream sauce

For Dessert, 50 / 50 Basis –

1. Sticky Date Pudding, with Butterscotch Sauce

2. Chocolate Mousse with Cream

A glass of red or white wine or soft drink (Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Lift, Soda, Raspberry), is served with lunch.

THE LAST JAR

For Mains, a choice of –

1. Beer Batter Fish & Chips served with Iceberg lettuce, scallions, tartare sauce and lemon.

2. Pan Tossed Field Mushroom & Asparagus Eton Mess, Pearl barley, shallots, walnuts, cow’s milk curds

3. Rare Roasted Beef Knuckle Sandwich, Garden greens, beetroot chutney, sour cream & chives, chips

THE QUARRY

PICNIC LUNCHES

A great option, that allows extra outlets to be included on the day. It’s also a great way of keeping costs to a minimum. We can provide you with a picnic lunch, which is individually packaged.

The picnic lunch consists of Fresh Baguettes with either Ham off the bone or Chicken, served with salad; The Gluten Free and Vegetarian option is a salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and carrots.

All meals come with fresh fruit salad and a large muffin and a bottle of water.

Rather than serve on a 50 / 50 basis, we would prefer to individually tailor to the needs of the passengers.

The picnic lunch will be delivered to the coach, at a suitable time during the morning.

BYO

Bring your own lunch, or stop at a food court (either Barkly Square Shopping Centre (Brunswick Food Court), Smith Street, Collingwood, or Lygon Street, Carlton. Brunetti at 380 Lygon Street, Carlton is a great venue for BYO. This option keeps the cost down, saves time and allows extra outlets to be included on the day.
