General Class Contract and Registration Form for Weekend Intensive

The fee for the entire Acting Business Boot Camp Weekend Intensive is $395.00. A non-refundable deposit of $175.00 is due at registration. The balance ($220) is due, in full, before the Weekend Intensive begins. Please note the deposit fee is for the dates listed below only and is non-refundable. Please note that class size is limited to 16 people. If, upon receipt of the $175.00 deposit, the class selected is sold out, you have the option of applying the deposit toward enrollment of a future Weekend Intensive, or receiving a refund of your deposit, with no further obligation.

Payments can be made by credit card (via or by sending a check or money order made payable to: Peter Pamela Rose and mailing it to the NYC address below. Please note that placement is on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of the registration form and deposit.
