Chad and Kelly conducted their first high school focus group at the Rogers Heritage High School in January.
profile update - BB
· Final review, final feedback for this round.
· Implementation starts next week.
· Communication to follow as we start and proceed.
This will be implemented next week by digital design and development. The implementation will be announced on basecamp.
Square, circle and rectangle are all options for profile images.
Information can be added to directory pages that are sent from.
Staff can have the same profile page set up as faculty.
Top accordion tab automatically opens.
Only one website link for profile pages for now.
If tab is left empty it will not appear.
custom maps update - AK
Every layer has different markers that can be hidden.
Q-ark codes can be used for custom maps.
Custom icons can be added for locations.
Everything is passed securely to restrict changes from non-admins.
All staff, faculty and students will be able to build maps in custom maps.
Content contributors will need to be consulted to own emergency pushes on maps.
The BU at the time of development will have access to maps that are created.
Limited access will be given to the master data.
The data used for custom maps is UA data not from Google.
Change requests on UARK maps needs to go through digital design and development and changes to Google Maps should go to Google.
Maps can be used on off-campus buildings.
It might be possible to add 3D view from Google Maps.
It might be possible to create an itinerary for the different layers.
Can possibly use this to inform of high traffic times.
campus wide event registration platform - CN
http://www.proclassonline.com/
Many non-credit classes offered at the community music school. Proclass is used for these courses.
There was no way to pay for tuition online, so ProClass is synced with Cashnet. This has simplified online registration.
Admin level is very complicated.
Not hosted on a secure server.
The UI is very difficult to use.
Lacks support.
Work sync is a possible alternative for registration.
One Team SUpport - CN
Plans to integrate the UITS helpdesk into tier 1 support. Kelly will coordinate this effort with the webmasters and UITS. (Postponed until March meeting.)

Executive committee with have upper admins.
Below that will be web governance.
We will have web governance committee that will likely be likely be comprised of the web masters group.
That group have be over other governance groups.
