3.  “Ontological Security and Conflict Resolution,” Internal Research Grant granted by Sabancı University to organize the conference, January 2013 (in the amount of 3,500 USD).

4.  “Conflicts in Eurasia and the Middle East (CEME) –Towards a New Conflicts Database (1990-2010)”, Sabancı University and Central European University (CEU) Research Grant for the Research, 2012 (with Matteo Fumagalli from CEU) (in the amount of 12,000 USD) (discontinued because of the failure of the partner to fulfill his requirements).

5.  “Imagining Peace: Perceptions of Women Members of Parliament on the Kurdish Question in Turkey”,International Peace Research Association Foundation, 2011-2012 (in the amount of 3000 USD).

6.  “Cultural Contingencies of Mediation: Effectiveness of Mediator Styles in Intercultural and Intracultural Disputes” Research Grant from the University of Maryland, 2010 (in the amount of 4300 USD for the collaborative research project with Michele Gelfand).

7.  “Sustainable Peacebuilding (SPBUILD)”, Marie Curie Initial Training Networks Project, 7th Framework, 2009-2013 (in the amount of 257,318 EUR).
