By virtue of an ORDER OF SALE issued by the 366th District Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 15th day of August, 2016, in the case of:
Blue Ridge Independent School District, City of Blue Ridge vs. Stacy Bailey
Case: 366-01383-2014, and directed and delivered to me as Constable of Precinct 1, Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 30th day of August, 2016, and will, between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, on the first Tuesday of October, 2016, it being the 4th of said month, at the courthouse door of Collin County, Texas, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in hand, unless otherwise exempted, all the right, title and interest which the said Bailey, Stacy had of, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
TRACT I: BEING A PART OF LOT 1, PART OF LOT 2, AND PART OF LOT 3, OF BLOCK NO. 3, OF THE CARSON ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF BLUE RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE TAX PLAT OF COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING PART OF A TRACT OF LAND AS DESCRIBED IN A DEED FROM W.W.TERRY AND WIFE, HATTIE TERRY TO BE W.B. TERRY AND WIFE, EDITH TERRY AND KENNETH A DIXON AND WIFE, LINDA V. DIXON AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 810 AT PAGE 774 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS. GEO: R0731003001A1, R0731U03001A1
Said property is levied upon as the property of Bailey, Stacy and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 19th day of April, 2016, in favor of Blue Ridge Independent School District, City of Blue Ridge and Collin County and Collin County Community College District and against the said Bailey, Stacy for the sum of $5,149.42 principal from the 30th day of August, 2016, court costs of $845.00 and further costs of executing this writ.
NOTICE: This property may have other liens, taxes due or encumbrances, which may become the responsibility of the successful bidder.
