Chili Cook Off Set Up: You (or your designee) should bring the chili, decorations, to Water of Life’s South on site parking lot, Sunday June 19th at 10:30am. We will have tables set up, serving spoons, sample cups/spoons. We will also have someone available to serve your chili. If you would like to stay in the booth to represent your own chili, you may do that as well; just indicate that on your entry form. Please bring your chili warm (or hot in many cases), you will probably want to bring it in a crock pot. We will not have any other mechanism for keeping your chili warm. But it won’t last long enough to cool off anyhow! J You (or your designee) should pick up your chili pot between 3:30 pm and 4:00 p.m. following the Cook Off on June 19th. Winners will be announced at the stage at approximately 3:30 pm. (Times are tentative, still in planning stage!)
Please complete the application below. We must have your application no later than Sunday, June 12th, 2011. Entries are unlimited the more chili the better!!! Small Groups may have multiple entries if desired!
