This is the Calloway County EOC. In Calloway County- On KY 121 the roadbed has failed on both ends of the bridge that spans the West Fork of the Clarks River near Cold Water. On the west end the roadbed has dropped approx 36 inches. On the East side the drop is nearly five feet. This is approximately 3.3. miles east of the Graves County line.

Spring Creek Health Care in Murray has sustained severe damage due to flooding and cannot sustain operations. The facility has 203 residents, 142 have cognitive impairment and 162 are non-ambulatory.
