The Strategy considers the demands, pressures and requirements around homelessness in the district currently andincludes a 3 year action plan setting out how these will be tackled

Residents in the district experiencing homelesness or housing related problems which causes them to contact the Council or one of our partners for advice or asistance
4. Are there any other organisations involved in delivery? (Other agencies, Vol. sector)
Other accommodation providers locally (YMCA, Padstones, Old Tea Warehouse, RSLs, private landlors), advice agencies (CAB, rent deposit guarantee scheme, Connexions), support agencies (Bucks Floating Support, Supporting People generally)
5. What are the external drivers for change?(ie. Legal, National Policy, Partnership, etc)
Demand from clients; economic climate; government policy and legislation; regional policy; local policy and requirements - eg LAA, Community Plan, Supporting People

The Strategy is a governemtn requirement and, potentially, has wide ranging impact on a large number of people from diverse groups. Many of the clients are form particularly vulnerable groups.
NB - in the above tables the box for other socially excluded groups relates to the low income strand which has been included by WDC as a seventh strand
