Tour Guide Position
St. Augustine Distillery is looking for an outgoing, dependable individual to lead our guests through the exciting journey of making handcrafted spirits.The Tour Guide role supports the Tour Manager, tour guide staff,and other staff as designated. If you consider yourself an enthusiastic performer who can educate and inspire our guests, this may be the job for you!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
•Offer a warm, open welcome to all our visitors
•Host a 30-40 minute tour
•Demonstrate live how to make our signature cocktails
•Be well-presented at all times
•Input simple data entry
•Attend company staff meetings once a month
Requirements:
•Aspires to be a part of a tight-knit team in a small, local business
•Excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
•Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
•Working knowledge or willingness to learn about craft spirits, cocktails, and distillation process
- Proficient in English; Bilingual is a plus
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 35 pounds or more
- At least 21 years old
•Have high school diploma or GED; a BS degree in Marketing, Education, or related field is a plus
- Available weekends and holidays
- Possess and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license and any other endorsements necessary to legally operate vehicles
- Has taken a tour of distillery

Hours:
Part Time: 25-30 hours per week
