The information seeker has desired to knowthe delegation of power for approving decision for NOT renewing working capital limit of any borrower sanctioned under ‘scheme of working capital assistance under SIDBI-IDBI Working capital arrangement by Zonal Level Committee of SIDBI on or before expiry of the validity period of original working capital limit, document(s) confirming that SIDBI, Lucknow Branch Office had recommended for ‘non-renewal of the working capital limit of M/s Sri Ram Flour Mills and communicated the same to SIDBI, Central Loan Processing Cell, Central Zonal Office, Lucknow on or before expiry of the validity period of original sanction of the working capital limit on October 15, 2009 and before renewal of the working capital limit with enhancement by Central Zonal Credit and Settlement Committee, Central Zonal Office, SIDBI, Mumbai on December 24, 2009, etc.
