· Assisted European and American firms in solving commercial and regulatory/legal problems overseas (some 200 trips to Europe, averaging 3 months per year in Europe for 30+ years)
· Specialized in bringing together the team of experts necessary to achieve client’s specific objectives and oversees the implementation of the client’s strategies.
