BUSINESS/VENDOR BOOTH:

$75: You will be able to set up a booth to showcase your business during the event. Please feel free to bring any materials i.e. business cards, tote bags, coupons, a game for attendees to play, or item to be used towards our silent auction/raffle that will further help showcase your business.
$50 discount for vendors who provide a game and an item, service, or experience towards our raffle/auction.

$25 discount for vendors who provide a game or an auction/raffle item.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

●  All businesses are to remain on site from 11:30am-3:30pm, April 29, 2017

●  Kolb Spring Carnival will take place at Kolb Elementary School 3150 Palermo Way, Dublin, CA and held inside the school on the blacktop, field and MPR.

●  There is no access to electricity for Business Alley.

●  Businesses may bring their own table, (maximum 6-8 feet) chairs, and canopy to the event between the hours of 10-11:30am for setup. Booths must be set up and ready by 11:30am. No unsupervised children or pets are allowed in the business alley area during set-up, event, or breakdown hours.

●  Business must remove all items including tables, chairs, canopies, debris, etc. from their spaces by 4:30pm, Saturday, April 29, 2017.

●  Smoking and alcohol are not allowed on premises at any time.

●  Businesses may sell services and approved goods, including packaged foods at the event. A list of items must be attached to your application. Food Sellers must complete an online food handler course through the Dublin School District.

●  All displays, merchandise, equipment, and staff must be contained within the assigned booth space. No amplified music or barking is allowed. Staff/Personnel must remain with the assigned booth space.

●  Kolb PFC reserves the right to refuse any business alley application or to limit the sale of certain items.

●  Kolb PFC reserves the right to change the event layout or space location if necessary.

●  Kolb PFC reserves the right to remove any persons not complying with the regulations without a refund.

Cancellations: No refunds of Business Alley Space rental will be made. Kolb Spring Carnival is a rain or shine event. Kolb PFC is not responsible for acts of God, including, but not limited to, damages arising from earthquake, fire, rain or any other inclement weather.

Please Note: Applications are not considered “complete” until all items have been received. Incomplete packets will be held and not assigned a business alley spot until all necessary items are received.
