Disclaimer: This tour does involve quite a bit of walking. If you are not physically able to walk long distances, you might consider bringing a wheelchair.

COST OF THE TOUR- For students, the cost of the tour is as follows:
With four to a room - $235 (approximate)
For adults, the cost of the tour is as follows:
With two adults to a room - $235 (approximate)
PAYMENTS: First deposit of $100.00 due on December 6 with sign-up form below. Final payment is due on or before April 15, 2012. It is an FVL policy that all band tuition, fees, and supplies be paid prior to going on this trip. Please pay up any balances by April 15, 2012.
CANCELLATIONS - Once under deposit, a $50.00 penalty applies if canceled on or before April 15, 2012. If canceled after April 15, 2012, only recoverable expenses will be refunded. Cancellations must be in writing or via fax (1-920-921-3036).
BAGGAGE - Baggage is limited to one suitcase and one small carry-on.
MOTORCOACHES - TCT charters motor coaches which offer reclining seats, air-conditioning, a restroom and drivers concerned with everyone's safety and comfort.
HOTELS/MOTELS - TCT chooses first class hotels/motels.
RESPONSIBILITIES - This tour is arranged by Tom's Christian Tours Inc., N8338 Park Ridge Dr., Fond du Lac, WI 54937. Tom's Christian Tours (TCT) shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity which may occur to any person while not on a motor coach.
