The Fall Festival is on October 1, We will be serving the usual.
October 8 is our 20yr Anniversary Dinner at Rancho Real. This is where we held the Christmas Party. I will not be able to make it so someone will have to take care of organizing liquor sales and raffle prizes if you want them. My daughter will be making the cake; it will be half chocolate and half vanilla. We will probably make a test cake and bring it to a social before October for approval.

Chaplin’s Report
Here are some comments from the last business meeting:
Msgr Kleas would like to remind us that we should also give when we are on vacation.
Set goals and prioritize them
Our priorities are to get to heaven and help our loved ones get there too.
It is important to plan and to have insurance.
At the end of the day we should look at not only what we did wrong but also what we did right.
Do little things well and be practical don’t just dream, practice.
Don’t procrastinate, work on today and let tomorrow take care of it-self.
I
I brought this apron to a meeting a few months ago to see if anyone wanted me to get more. I got a dozen of them but they are the wrong ones, they are only 27inches not the 30inch ones we have had in the past. The apron company sent the wrong one to the guys who print it and they didn’t notice it. I am trying to see if he can get the 30inch ones we had before and give me some type of discount on these because only our thinner brothers are the only ones who will look good wearing them. It has 2 pockets like the others.
I also got a few of these bumper stickers that only cost a few dollars. If the members want more I can get them. I won’t be at the dinner to sell them
