  1. President James Jesmer calls meeting to order and leads in the Pledge of Allegiance
  2. Secretary Emily Buchanan takes attendance – absent: Jacob Boyce, Garrett Dailey, Jordan Ethier, Michael Gardner, Makenzie Harrison, Yi Ting Lin, Keisha Marks, Logan Moore, John Powell, Amber Snyder, Randi Tinney, Alyssa Welling, Emily Wymer
  3. Board of Governor Member Rachel Ball gives report:
  4. Presidential search extended with new list of applicants
  5. BOG decided this was the best option
  6. Trying to make constituent committee for direct input
  7. BOG and HEPC are being sued by Fairmont State University professors for not releasing information related to the search – more information online
  8. Secretary Emily Buchanan gives report:
  9. Mural Competition updates:
  10. Flyers have been printed and will be distributed throughout campus
  11. No submissions so far – remind anyone artistic that they could paint a mural on the library tunnel wall
  12. Treasurer Taylor Raby gives report:
  13. Funding request was received
  14. Financial committee meeting pending
  15. Vice President Makenzie McClure gives report:
  16. The “Good Stuff” food drive flyers have been made but not distributed

  19. Bricks can still be bought throughout the week
