Firstly,foranyone interested,mywebsite, contains informationnotreadilyavailableelsewhere onthefull extenttowhich anindividual canbetotally strippedofalldignity, privacyand humanrightsasaresultof covertsurveillance.Italso outlinesreal instancesof thehumiliating andcruel abuse oftheresults ofsurveillanceincludingillegalhuman experimentation.
So, in a sentence,mayIpointoutthat corruptmembersofagencies, political parties, media outletsandorganisedcrimesyndicatesAREaccessingadvancedtechnologies thatare coveredbyNationalSecurity/secrecyordersandthatmostofthattechnologyisUSsatellite based but usedwiththefullknowledge and approval ofallied governments.Iseenoreferencetothatfact (wellknowninpolitical /media / agency/business circles) in thematerialfromstakeholders orthe variousLRC's.Infactthe ALRCreport108, init'srecommendation34,reiteratesthedubious argumentsofthe agencystakeholders forexemptingagencies frombeingsubjecttothe PrivacyAct and theseproposalsatall.Thefact isthatabsolutepowercorrupts absolutely,asweallknow,and it theseveryagencies (workingwiththemorecorruptibleUSagencies)whicharegathering in themost information ANDsharing itwithcriminalsin themedia, politics andbigbusiness.Thatisneither their purposenor their right.Theyareneithertrustworthynoraccountable, despitethe claimsmadebythe IGISetc,andmoretimes thannottheydowhattheydo nottoprotectthecommunitybutforthe purposeof silencing anddiscreditinghonestcitizenswhohappento bewhistleblowers,writers and criticsthatchallengecriminals in high places.Inotherwords,theyhelptoallowwealthycriminals to runprotectedoperations.Thedrug/arms/humantraffickingproblemsas wellaspaedophile/fraud networks survive becauseof this andyettheir critics suffer in silencewithno helpfromanyonebut theirfellowvictims.
An example ofthe nonsenseIrefertoshouldsuffice...IntheUSNSL's (National SecurityLetters) canbeobtainedbyanypowerfulcriminal throughtheir congressman.(It's another PatriotAct atrocity). UnderthefalseguiseofaNationalSecuritymatter,these NSL's allowacorrupt businessmantosilencetheircritics as,onceissued,theCIA/NSA etccan doastheylike withthe target,uptoand includingrunningremotesatellite- basedsurveillance andharassment experiments. TheNSLtargets arenotofficiallyconfronted,havenorecourse tothe legalsystem andarehelpless in theface ofanyofoverfivethousandclassifiedtechnologies,manyof thesedeployedonthe20,000+ satellitesmonitoringmillionsworldwide.Theresultscan befedtobusiness / political/mediacriminals and,becauseit's all done in secret, complaintsbyvictims topolice,medicalexperts etc oftenleadto discreditation;theultimatesilencing ,short ofmurder.(Remember, asidefrom myresearch I've
spokenwithcountless experts,includingagencywhistleblowers,fromallovertheworldaboutthis.I

Despitethe factthatthesematters areofgreaterconcerntodefenceless citizens theyalso affect public figures. Egs follow....
* I've spokenwiththechief spyattheUSembassywhobraggedthatsatellite surveillancedeliveredto himeverythingthathappenedin everyofficein Canberra.Ineffect, this meanseveryfederal politicianispotentiallycompromised/blackmailablebytheUSgov't.
* Anex PoliceCommissioneroncetold methat nomovecouldbemadeagainst serious crimein NSWbecause their officewas satellitemonitoredbymedia/businesscriminals.
*Membersoftheentertainmentindustry, political aides andothers have admitted
similarproblems.Infact, this sortof remotesatellitemonitoringallows powerfulcriminals to vet all those entering publiclife.Complaintsarefewbecausethis isthe pricethey're preparedtopaybut it deliversacorruptsystem mannedbycorruptindividuals.
This IStheno.1 privacyissuein the worldtodaybutitis largely ignored. TheUN andEuropeanParliamentcalledforbans onallsuchtechnologybuttheUSgovernment ignored them and themedia didn'treportit...So,asfarastheaveragecitizenis concerned, theyknownothingof thisproblemandsocannot protest.There areinternationallaw, political andotherobstaclesbuttalk
of other lesserprivacyconcerns isnothing buta trivial distractioncomparedtothismatter...Eg. The UKNews oftheWorldhackingscandal isastormin a teacupbycomparisontothis 24/7satellite monitoringandtheenquirycomplainantsknowthatbut cannot sayitinpublic forfear ofridiculeand media destruction.Ihavemadeasubmissiontothat enquiryandsupported thePM's notion that maybeweshould dosomethingsimilarhere...Butthe media isonlypartof the problem.If the privacy invasionsweren'tfacilitated bytheir agencyconnections andtheir classifiedtechnologiesit couldn't happen....
So,mypointisthatrather thanbeingexemptfromefforts torestrict invasionsof privacytheagencies needto beatthetopofthelist ofthosewhoneedregulating, monitoringand investigating.Nosystemorgrouporindividualshouldbeabovethe law onthe ignorant assumption that they won'tabusetheir position.It'spartof thecharacterof thosewhoaspireto holdpositionsof authority/powerthattheyWILLabuse thatpowergivenhalfachance.Thosewhowouldnothaveno interestin suchthingsotherthan toseerighttriumphovermight.The watchdogs mustbewatched and the innocentleft in peace to exercisetheir democratic andGod- givenrights;includingtheright
tocriticiseandcallto accountthosein positions ofwealth andinfluencewhoaredoing thewrong thing.
