Marketing Coordinator
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree required
· Minimum 1 year of experience in website implementation/updating and social media marketing,
i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and editing skills.
· Experience in graphic design of marketing materials.
· Strong social skills with excellent customer service relationship skills.
· Highly organized and able to juggle multiple demands in a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
· Demonstrates leadership and commitment to collaboration.
· Knowledge and appreciation of the arts, and Gwinnett County, is preferred.
Nature and Scope of Position
· Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
· Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
· Produce and deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mail.
· Coordinate and deliver email campaigns.
· Design and manage production and distribution of mass-mail materials.
· Create brochures and rack cards.
· Coordinate flow of information and communication and disseminate it according to plan/strategy.
· Work with Executive Director to manage expenses to that budget.
· Promote The Hudgens, exhibitions and programs through public relations initiatives.
· Develop marketing communications campaigns.
· Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, white papers, newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
· Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts.
· Research media coverage and industry trends.
· Develop fresh story ideas.
· Conduct extensive media outreach.
· Improve communication efficiencies within organization.
· Manage video content.
· Create and distribute customer surveys.
· Other projects as assigned by the Executive Director
