By nominating for this Event competitors agree to allow Met. Zone 1 to use any photos taken of them at the Event for promotional purposes on their web page.

TROPHIES TO THIRD PLACE IN EACH AGE GROUP
SASH FOR HIGHEST OVERALL POINTS. SASH FOR RUNNER UP
ZONE PERPETUAL TROPHIES FOR ZONE 1 ELIGIBLE RIDERS AND CLUBS
Perpetual Trophies will be handed out, photos taken and the trophy handed back

RULES:
No Smoking on pony club grounds
Late nomination fee of $5.00 per rider will apply after this date.
All events will be run as per rule in 2015PCAQ RULE BOOK unless otherwisestated.
Same equipment as used in Presentation must be used in Rider Class.
No additions or deletion or leaving the arena between pres. & R.Class.
March Past: MIN 8 Riders to be eligible for points.
No Rein Drill for under 12 years.

The complaint is then reported to the Chief Steward who will adjudicate accordingly. A Disputes Committee may be called if required. The complaint must belodged in writing within 30 minutes & be accompanied by a fee of $50.
29. DISCLAIMER
Neither the organising committee of any contest to which these rules apply, nor the PCAQ,accept any liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders,ground, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.
RESERVATION OF RIGHT
The Organisers reserve the right:
(a) to cancel any class or event.
(b) to divide any class.
(c) to alter the advertised times
(d) to refuse any entry, with or without stating the reason
(e) to transfer competitors between sections of a class
(f) to combine classes if less than 3 competitors
PIC NUMBERS AND HORSE HEALTH DECLARATION FORMS MUST BE HANDED TO THE SECRETARY BOX ON THE MORNING OF EVENT
Competitors must produce their 2015 PCAQ Membership card or they will not ride.
Horses must be ridden at a walk at all times when not competing. This includes the car park areas.
CLUBS MUST SUPPLY THE NAMES OF STEWARDS BEFORE NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. EACH CLUB TO SUPPLY ONE STEWARD PER EVERY THREE RIDERS ON THE DAY AND ONE CLUB MANAGER WITH A MOBILE PHONE NUMBER.Stewards must be nominated or riders nominations will not be accepted until stewards are included.
