1. As an official Applause Store Priority Pass Club Member you are entitled to priority pass, guaranteed entrance tickets per show/series.
2. All priority pass tickets are subject to availability and not guaranteed per show/series.
3. AllPriority Pass Club Members must adhere to all priority pass time restrictions, terms & conditions stated on the tickets.
4. Joining thePriority Pass Clubdoes NOT entitle you toany preferred ticket allocationor be entitled to 'escalate-up' any of our reserve/waiting lists.
5.We do not recommend you join the Priority Pass Club if you are interested in only one particular show/series as we cannot gaurantee that we will be able to accommodate your request due to various long reserve/waiting lists.
6. Membership will be reviewed annually and can be revoked without any prior notice.
7. Priority pass tickets can only be obtained at the time of booking and CANNOT BE ISSUED at a studio or at the time of recording/transmission.
8. All audience members may be subject to studio/venue security checks upon which they may be asked to provide additional proof of identity.
9. We may not have priority pass tickets available to certain recordings/ transmissions, but we will endeavor to accommodate you for another date/show.
10. Applause Store Productions Limited, the Broadcaster/Independent Producer and/or Security reserves the right to refuse admission.
11. As a valued member you are expected to respect both the staff and other audience members and guests. We may ask you to leave the premises if your behaviour is inappropriate.
12. Applause Store Productions Limited, the Broadcaster/Independent Producer and/or Security takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property.
13. Entrance is always subject to studio/seating capacity.
14. Personal information regarding members remains strictly confidential and will only be used to provide members with information regarding the Applause Store Priority Pass Club Membership and other related events. Please contact 0871 987 1234** should there be any changes in your personal details, or update your details online via our website.
15. ApplauseStorePriorityPass Club Membership remains the property of Applause Store Productions Limited and any misuse may jeopardise your membership. Memberships are personal to the named member only, and cannot be passed on to anyone else.
