Position 1:
Division Order Analyst or Senior Division Order Analyst:
- 3-10 years of oil and gas ownership and division order experience
- Ability to read and comprehend Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions, Leases, JOA’s and other ownership related documentation
- Analysis of ownership documentation, including Mineral and Warranty Deeds, Assignments of Oil and Gas Leases related to transfers/changes in ownership
- Ability to calculate and verify gross working, overriding royalty and, royalty interest ownership
- Strong analytical, math, communication skills with an aptitude for detailed and precise work
- Knowledge of oil and gas law, state statutes related to oil and gas minerals, unclaimed property regulations, probate/laws of descent and distribution, contracts, etc.
- Resourceful in research of old records and problem solving
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Knowledge/experience with Waterfield Division Order Ownership Management tool, Quorum, AVATAR, SAP/PRA a plus
- Must possess strong decision making, problem solving, technical knowledge, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Work well independently, as well as, in a “team” atmosphere
Position 2:

- 3-10 years of oil and gas ownership and division order experience
- Ability to read and comprehend Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions, Leases, JOA’s and other ownership related documentation
- Analysis of ownership documentation, including Mineral and Warranty Deeds, Assignments of Oil and Gas Leases related to transfers/changes in ownership
- Ability to calculate and verify gross working, overriding royalty and, royalty interest ownership
- Strong analytical, math, communication skills with an aptitude for detailed and precise work
- Knowledge of oil and gas law, state statutes related to oil and gas minerals, unclaimed property regulations, probate/laws of descent and distribution, contracts, etc.
