1)Fourteen (14) minute halves ages 14. Sixteen (16) minute halves7th grade and up). Note: Stop time per half with 4 minutehalftime.

2) Boys’ tournament is governed by high school federation rules. Girls’

tournament is governed by N.C.A.A. women’s rules.Please note the

following exceptions for all groups and divisions: 5 second closely guard will be in effect.

a. 3 time-outs per game

b. 1 and 1 bonus on (10th) team foul per half. Double bonus

on (13th) team foul per half.

Clock does NOT stop after a made basket in the final minute for girls

3) Forfeit time is 15 minutes after scheduled game time or the finish of the preceding game. Please be prepared play 15 minutes before the game.

4) All teams need to be prepared with 2 uniform shirts (or reversible).

5) Rosters are limited to 12 players (only 12 tee shirts for the winner) or 15 players can play.

6) Please bring you own warm-up basketballs.

7) Overtime: (3) minute with 1 additional-30 second time-out.

8) Game warm-up is 5 minutes.

9) NOTE: ZERO TOLERANCE FOR FIGHTING OR LEAVING THE

BENCH. YOU WILL BE EJECTED FROM THE REST OF THE

TOURNAMENT.

10) No Protests.

11) Three (3) point shots allowed in all age groups

Pool play

Tie breaker:Ties will be broken by head-to-head competition, 15 point differential per game, then points allowed, then total points. If teams are still tied, then 5 minute playoff.

Brackets with 3 pools, 1 pool winner will receive a bye, see tie breaker rules, then random. Then, they will play winner of the other two brackets.

Brackets with only 4 teams, the top two teams will play in the championship game.

Brackets with 6 teams, will be placed into 2 pools of 3s, with each Pool winner playing each other (Pool 1 vs Pool 2). Crossover game counts towards your record

Brackets with 8 teams will have 2 pools.The two winners will playfor the championship

Brackets with 5 teams will play and the teams with the best winning percentages will play each other. Then, see tie breaker above.
