8269 Eagle – boat & stucco to match the house – Doug to contact – has not contacted them

1441 Tenderfoot – slash on road. Picked up and gone.

Home on Quartz Mtn wants to install a shed adjacent to the pool – Doug visited – update? They are to submit plans and have not as of yet.

Report out on Neighborhood Watch meeting 4/27 – Diane, Nona, Bob

Recommend Larkspur Neighbor to Neighbor, PPEHOA web site , Sentinel and mailing to see who may be interested in joining or gaining involvement in the Neighborhood Watch. Tracy to work with Bob to post something on our site. Bob will provide a number for the Douglas County Sheriff’s office as a contact point. Letter to be drafted.

Report out on DEA Grow House meeting 5/3 – Doug

The situation exists here in Larkspur. Doug and Nona attended the

Meeting -- several HOA’s presented as well as Randy from the fire department. It made a difference for all to attend.

Guest Discussion

Motorcross in our area – Dennis Lazof to share info.

Concern about motocross tracks….how they are permitted, zoned,etc. There has not been much yet with 47 tracks in Douglas county. Attended 2 hearings, zoning commission, etc. Currently unregulated. Health concern, property value, noise, danger, pollutants, dust, etc. Our PPEHOA covenant states you cannot have any nuisance to our neighbors. Board of Commissioners made a ruling to develop a ruling on certain properties. There will be regulations but we do not yet know what they are. They will present a targeted time of August for their recommendation. In the meantime we could do something in our covenants to cover this such as no new tracks could be built, etc. Tracy to contact Berg Simpson to develop regs for the pot as well as motorcross situations.

Architectural Control Committee Report

Quartz Mtn Home – Pete/Nicole – discuss move forward – have been on the property with recommendations to them. Stef to contact them on other recommendations.
