The above-referenced facility is also authorized to retain wastewater in seven (7) flow-through surface impoundments (F02, F03, F04, F05, F06, F07, and F08) and three(3) total retention surface impoundments (T01 through T03), as described in the Appendix. Wastewater descriptions and classifications are also contained in the Appendix.

Surface impoundments shall be maintained in accordance with conditions set forth in Parts I, II, IV, and the Appendix, hereof.

This permit replaces and/or supersedes OPDES Permit No. OK0000809, that became effective November 1, 2005 and modified on August 1, 2007.

Issuance of this permit in no way or in any respect affects the permittee’s civil or criminal responsibility regarding disposal of wastewater, except with respect to the permittee’s legal responsibility under the OPDES Act and Department Rules.

The discharge from Outfall 009 consists ofstormwater from Area C and South 40 area, ramp drain, stormwater runoff from Buildings 1107, 981, and 1030 after treatment with an oil-water separator, stormwater from surface impoundments F03, F07, and F08.
