EXHIBITORS INFORMATION
The Association of Community Mental Health Centers and the Kansas Association of Addiction Professionals expect more than 500 attendees, representing CEOs, Board Members, Financial Managers, Case Managers, Clinicians and Staff of the State’s 26 community mental health centers as well as numerous independent providers of mental health and substance use throughout the state.
To ensure maximum exposure, all continental breakfasts, breaks and the reception will be held in the Exhibit area of the hotel.
Exhibitor’s names, addresses and phone numbers will appear in each participants packet of information.

Cost:
$200 – Non Profits, including CMHCs and KAAP Members
$400 – For Profits
$750 – Pharmaceutical Companies
Exhibitors will be able to set up September 15, 2015, after 5:00 PM.
Exhibitors are encouraged to give away promotional items such as pens, desk pads, etc.
All Exhibitors will receive a copy of the conference program and will be provided one draped six foot table and two chairs.
Exhibit cost includes snacks at scheduled breaks, and continental breakfasts, if served. It also includes registration for one person to attend any workshops of interest. CEUs and CMEs will be available as well.
Please be aware that there are additional costs for an exhibit for internet, electricity. These items should be coordinated with the hotel.
