Meeting called to order @ 7:01pm Room 1201 at FHS.

  1. Discussion of Booster Memberships
  1. 3 Tiers: Member (Youth $50+), Letterman’s Club ($150-299), and Captain’s Club ($

300+).

  1. 1st tier geared towards youth families with “Spirit Pack” included ($25-50 from Town Sports) and name on website.
  2. 2nd Tier: Spirit Pack plus reserved parking? and name on website and program.
  3. 3rd Tier: Everything above plus Bleacher Chair and/or sweatshirt/pullover.
  1. Also looking to sell Tiger Yeti cups (Natalie to look into) and blankets, and possible reserved seating for games in Cafeteria or Media Center overlooking the field (can we get audio in there?)
  2. Advetising Tiers: White, Black and Orange
  1. White: $400-599 for name in program (small) and website
  2. Black: $600-799 for name in program (1/4 page) and website + announcement at games.
  3. Orange: $800+ for name in program (1/2-full page) and website, announcement at games + banner.

  2. Game Day - $0. They pay us, but keep sponsorships.

  1. Need to meet with Don and Scott in regards to By-Laws
  2. Need Board for Youth Football to operate independently, but still tied to our VP/Board
  3. SSYFL: Eagan, Edina and Shakopee to join 7th grade.
  4. 3 teams evenly spread?
  5. Film/Coaches sessions/meetings on Mondays?
  1. Treasurer’s Report:
  1. Remove BIG Athletics Proceeds from Future Income
  2. We cannot have raffles thru HS Booster anymore. We will need to run any raffles through the Youth program.
  3. Who will pay for mini football for Expo – agreed that Youth will pay. – No report this month. No charges.
  1. Secretary’s Report:Minutes were approved
  1. Communications Report:
  1. Farmington Expo was a success, we should definitely continue with this.
  1. Gave away extra t-shorts and mini footballs.
  2. Can we print the football schedule on mini footballs to throw at games/parade/expo, etc?

  1. Almost the entire calendar has been loaded.
  2. Lots of updates
  3. Mobile Friendly 
  1. Basketball Tournaments
  1. Will require one or two 5 hour shifts per family.
  2. Boys will work three 2 hour shifts to earn practice pack.
  3. 4 hours – volunteer time for boys (not sure what I meant here???)
