Analyzed the functional roles and current-state in order to better align functions and resourcesand relieve inefficiencies, resulting in an approved organizational structure that streamlined the Office from 11 to 7 departments
  • Developed a detailed Organizational Redesign Implementation Plan, including project and risk management guidelines, as well asChange Management and Communications Plans,and led transition of the redesign ownership to the client


  • Authored a Workflow & Business Rule Stakeholder Review Guide for utilization during implementation of the new case management and compliance system and provided next steps for the deployment of the system workflows
  • Created and delivered several training decks including new hire orientation, benefits overview, and various software integrations for over 2000 different employees in multiple departments
  • Designed a Service Level Agreement (SLA) template as well as Account Management Standard Operation Procedures for a client’s Customer Management Division and acted on behalf of the client in the creation of multiple SLAs
  • Wrote and edited monthly Parent Teacher Association (PTA) newsletter using MailChimp
