A/V Equipment and Install for
Hard Rock Hotel Lobby Remodel
Introduction
The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Catoosa, OK is seeking A/V equipment and install for the hotel lobby remodel project. The audio visual portion will consist of a 2x12 Video Wall, TV, JBL Speakers, BSS Audio, SVSi encoder/decoder, Crown, and other associated material listed below. This will be bid as TURNKEY.
Installation Approach and Conditions
It is important that the approach to this project is one that is suitable for a retrofit 24/7 operation. The Casino/Hotel will not shut down during this remodel. Due to this, the hours of work may be late nights/overnight. Work shall be completed within 70 Calendar Days. It is the responsibility of the contractor to keep their work area clean.
Roles and Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the contractor to provide all parts of the Scope of Work and bid as a turnkey solution to include:
· Removal of any existing equipment
· Design, purchase, delivery, installation and configuration of all hardware and software required to provide a fully functioning system.
· Provide and install all wiring and termination necessary to create a fully functioning system.
· Labeling of material and cables
· AMX Certified for programming to existing Hard Rock AMX control system to maintain consistency throughout the system (AMX Touch Panel provided by owner)
· Digital Signal Processor programming
