Current Opportunity: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
At JA Counter we exist to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve. We take the responsibility very seriously but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We are currently looking for talented Executive Assistant to work with one of our consultants. We are a fast paced rapidly growing company so you must be adaptable, flexible, autonomous, and willing and able to handle a lot of change and work quickly. This is a part-time position working 10-15 hours per week.
Responsibilities Include:
Daily Tasks
- Communication liaison for executive team
- Compiling data for reports, writing reports, letters, memos, etc.
- Prepare and send thank-you cards (electronic or hard copy)
- Edit/update PowerPoint and sales presentations
- Conduct research
- Work with internal team to coordinate work
- Pull appropriate materials for meeting preparation
- Calendar & Email managementincluding setting up and confirming all appointments
- Travel arrangements
- Expense tracking and submission
- Graphic design experience (Mostly PowerPoint, but Adobe is a plus)
- Correspondence with vendors
- Miscellaneous personal errands
Skills Required:
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Competent with social media – LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
- Critical thinking skills
- Excellent with editing/grammar/spelling
