Cleaning Fees:

A cleaning fee will be charged for each item that is returned improperly cleaned. The cleaning fee is twice the daily rate.

Equipment Reservation and Checkout Policy

·  Equipment may be reserved up to 1 year in advance.

·  Boat reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance.

·  Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hrs in advance. If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hrs in advance, the daily rate will be charged.

·  Items are due back by due date and time given at check out. Unless ODR staff is notified in advance about late returns, a late fee will be accessed at twice the daily rate.

·  Fees for damaged, lost or stolen equipment are the sole responsibility of the renter.

·  All equipment must be returned cleaned and in the same state of condition as when the item was checked-out. Appropriate cleaning/damage fees will be accessed as required. If equipment is returned damaged due to manufacturer defect, please inform the ODR staff immediately - no damage fees will be accessed.

·  Squadron rentals/reservations are available at no charge on a "one time" per year basis. A signed request from the squadron commander or representative is required. Items are limited. 24 hour use only. Contact Bonita Bay for more information.

·  Boat reservations may be cancelled by ODR due to severe inclement weather. Full refunds will be given, or customers can change the date of reservation.
