Minutes of the Board meeting were held at The Creekside, Ann Arbor MI.

Meeting was called to order by President Marie Glodowskiat 7:36pm.

Members Present Were:

Ann & Mark Rudd , Lorie Dickie, Joe Shoemaker, Jill Kind, Marie & Marcin Glodowski, Angie Hartley, Lanalee Price and Lauren Michaels

Motion for Prior Minutes

Minutes were available for review. Prior minutes were not approved. They need to state that RRRRCOM will not support Oakland Co & Livonia Kennel Club Show.

Lure Coursing Chair

ASFA Trial went well. Made a few hundred dollars and we are on track to being an ASFA member.
Joe suggested we spend about $900 on additional lure coursing equipment. Ann Rudd made a motion that we spend approximately $900 on additional corner pullies and continuous loop wheel. Marie Glodowski seconded, all approved. Motion passed.
2015 looking at March 14,15 weekend. June 6&7 for Ridgeback and Whippet Specialty. September 12,13th for AKC and October 24,25 for ASFA.
CATS – Ann Arbor and Monroe want 3 days of CAT Tests. We have also been asked by Kalamazoo and Sturgis/Marshall. We are allowed 8 CATS tests per year. Looking at doing Ann Arbor, Monroe and Sturgis. We may consider renting personnel for Kalamazoo.

DKC – June 20, 21st. Dan & Vilma O’Neal are interested in sponsoring Sunday. Marie Glodowski made motion for RRRRCOM to support Saturday with medallion and the O’Neal’s to support Sunday if they still wish to. Angie Hartley seconded, motion passed.
Angie Hartley will be Sweeps judge for Saturday.
Gareth Morgan Jones was voted as judge

Ann Arbor Kennel Club

Ann Arbor Kennel Club July 3, 4 & 5th
Angie Hartley to support Sunday and Lauren Michaels to support Saturday, a $300 trophy allowance is still in effect.
RRRRCOM will invite Kim Prichert for Sweeps judge Saturday and Susan Pisari for Sunday.
Judges voted on and will be Alberto Berrios and Allen Odom.

New Business

Christmas party will be at Steve and Lori Dickie’s home on January 3rd. More details to follow.
Marie made a motion for RRRRCOM to donate 4 dozen donuts to MHA in Lansing. Lanalee Price seconded. All in favor, motion passed.
Marie Glodowski made a motion that we entertain an all-breed judge every other year for Ann Arbor rather than every year. In off years we will use Ann Arbors judge. Ann Rudd seconded. All in favor, motion passed.

Old Business

Trophy inventory list ready to send out.
Boot Camp was mentioned, Amy Balthrop was checking on this. Waiting for her to follow up with us at future meeting.
Jill Kind and Marie Glodowski should have updated code of ethics at next meeting.

RRCUS Board Update

Mark Rudd attending annual meeting in Nevada January 10 & 11th. Will have update after that.

Marie Glodowski made a motion to adjourn, meeting ended at 8:40pm

There will be no December meeting. Christmas Party/meeting will be January 3rd at Steve and Lori Dicki’s home.

Lori & Steve Dickie – Tucker Qualified at The Raisin River Agility Trial!!

Angie Hartley – Rowan earned his Silver Level GCH on 11/8/14!!

11/8/14 – Kalamazoo, Finn (Hudzon x Piper) won a 4 point major!!

11/7/14 – Kalamazoo, Wally (Dallas x Rylee) won a 3 point major!!

11/14/14 – Columbus, Ayla (Hudzon x Piper) earned a 4 point major from BBE Class!!

Rogue is expecting puppies on Christmas! Sire is Dexter. Litter to be whelped in Texas!

Lauren Michaelshas a new puppy named Floyd! Registered name to be determined!!
