MISSION PARTY KINDERGARTEN TICKET PRESALE

DEADLINE FEBRUARY 15, 2017

Dear Kindergarten Parents,

Each year the Home and School Association gives Kindergarten students the opportunity to purchase Mission Party tickets in advance. This makes the day of the Mission Party less hectic for our younger students and their teachers. They can go straight to the Mission Party with tickets in hand and not have to worry about carrying money for tickets or having to purchase them at the ticket booth.

We encourage you to take advantage of this ticket presale and complete the form below. Place the form and the money for the tickets inside an envelope with your child’s name and Homeroom on it. All money and forms must be returned to your child’s teacher by Wednesday, February 15th.

The money and forms will be given to the Home and School Treasurer who will fill the ticket orders and return the tickets to the Kindergarten teachers on Monday morning, February 20th.

Please understand that this is a fundraiser and therefore, there will not be refunds of any tickets not utilized. We recommend that the children not buy more than $5.00 to $10.00 worth of tickets in advance. There will be the opportunity to buy more tickets the day of the event if necessary.

To take advantage of this ticket presale, please complete the form below. Place the form and the money for the tickets inside an envelope marked with your child’s name and homeroom on it. All money and forms must be returned to your child’s teacher by Wednesday, February 15th.
