Depending on my selection of payment option above, I hereby agree to pay Texas Rowing Center a minimum of twelve consecutive monthly payments in the amount of either: 1) $45.00 each for the direct debit of a bank account; or 2) $47.00 each for direct debit of a credit card. I have selected payment by direct debit of a bank account or credit card (collectively, “EFT payment method”), I hereby authorize Texas Rowing Center to initiate debit entries and/or correction entries to the bank account or credit card indicated above, and to debit the designated amount from such account. I understand that the price I am paying reflects a minimum membership commitment of one year. Subsequent payments shall be debited in the amount of $45.00 per month for direct debit of a bank account and $47.00 per month for direct debit of a credit card, which includes membership dues only. I understand that there is a $7.00 late charge for payments that are more than 10 days overdue. Furthermore, if the designated account is closed or EFT payment is stopped, I agree to establish payment by another EFT payment method for the remainder of my membership. This authorization will remain in full force until Texas Rowing Center has received written email notification () of its termination subject to a minimum notice of 30 days. If my notice of termination is issued before the expiration of the initial twelve months, Texas Rowing Center is hereby authorized to charge the unpaid balance of the total first year dues to my account in one final debit entry.

TEXAS ROWING CENTER LONE STAR MEMBERSHIP: TERMS & CONDITIONS
Texas Rowing Center’s mission is to provide all of its members with a consistently rewarding rowing and paddling experience. Our friendly, trained staff creates a customer-centered atmosphere designed to encourage our members to pursue and achieve their rowing and paddling goals, both recreational and competitive. All of our members are entitled to unlimited use, subject to availability, of Texas Rowing Center’s rowing equipment, including oars, rowing machines, and sculling shells (recreational, intermediate, and elite). All members are entitled to free coaching clinics, as well as organized club events such as scratch regattas, moonlight rows, and potluck dinners.
In addition to those privileges described above, the Lone Star Membership, our ultimate membership package, includes the following privileges and advantages:
Lowest Monthly Rate – The Lone Star Membership is our ultimate membership package. It is offered at our lowest monthly rates ($45.00/month for direct debit of a bank account; $47.00/month for direct debit of a credit card), available in monthly installments rather than in a single sum.
Convenient Monthly Installments – The Lone Star Membership allows members to pay dues through automatic monthly bank debits, or credit card debits. Dues may be charged monthly on an annual agreement that does not include interest charges. There is a minimum commitment of one year. The remaining one-year balance becomes due immediately upon early termination.
Unlimited use of Kayaks, Canoes and SUPs – during regular Texas Rowing Center hours, Lone Star Members have unlimited use, subject to availability, of our rental kayaks, canoes, and SUPs.
Membership Freeze – During the membership term, a Lone Star Member may freeze his/her membership once for a period of up to two months for any reason, no questions asked.
